$24M Emeril Knives Trademark Suit Moved Out Of Miami

Law360, Miami (February 27, 2013, 7:53 PM EST) -- A German trade association will have to make its pitch for an injunction barring Emeril Lagasse-branded knives erroneously marketed as from Solingen, Germany, to another judge, as the $24 million trademark infringement suit was moved Wednesday to the Middle District of Florida.
