Microsoft Smartphone Patent Obvious, Google Tells Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Google Inc.'s Motorola Mobility LLC struck back in the Federal Circuit on Wednesday against accusations from the International Trade Commission and Microsoft Corp. that its imported mobile devices infringe on a Microsoft smartphone patent, saying the patented technology was an obvious extension of existing software.
