Ex-Advanced Micro Workers Can't Shake Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 4:52 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Monday preserved Advanced Micro Devices Inc.’s suit accusing four ex-employees of raiding confidential files before defecting to computer graphics rival Nvidia Corp., but warned that it must do more to prevail on claims that the workers broke federal anti-hacking laws.
