FTC Patent Troll Study To Disappoint Some, Wright Says

Law360, New York (September 4, 2014, 5:32 PM EDT) -- Anyone expecting a thumbs-up or thumbs-down from the Federal Trade Commission during its upcoming study on patent assertion entities will almost certainly be let down, Commissioner Joshua Wright told Law360 in an interview last week, but the probe should still shed much-needed light on an issue that is "chock full of theory and supposition."
