Arthrex, Smith & Nephew Settle Suture Anchor Patent Row

Law360, New York (February 14, 2017, 8:59 PM EST) -- Smith & Nephew Inc. and Arthrex Inc. have settled a marathon dispute over a patent for anchors that connect medical sutures to bone, they told a court Monday, just as a final trial was scheduled to start.
