NH Co. Cops To Selling Knockoff New England Patriots Tees

Law360, Boston (April 13, 2017, 4:13 PM EDT) -- A New Hampshire company pled guilty in Massachusetts federal court Thursday to trafficking in counterfeit goods for selling knockoff New England Patriots T-shirts during the team's 2015 Super Bowl run.

CK Productions, a screen printing business in Pelham, admitted to selling 1,700 T-shirts with the NFL's trademarks in January and February 2015. The Patriots beat the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl that year.

Prosecutors will recommend a fine of $68,000, and the company agreed not to appeal a fine of more than $136,000. The statutory maximum fine is $5 million. The company may also have to pay $29,000 in restitution....
