Reps. Considering New Patent Venue Law Post-TC Heartland

Law360, New York (June 13, 2017, 8:10 PM EDT) -- Members of the House Judiciary Committee said Tuesday that they will closely monitor the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court’s TC Heartland decision restricting where patent suits can be filed, and are considering new legislation to better define venue rules in patent cases.
