Baker Donelson Fined Over Discovery 'Misunderstanding'

Zilly said the firms were too quick to claim that Medstreaming LLC, which has been accused of selling defective software to the radiology service providers that Baker Donelson and Corr Cronin represented, had not responded to a request for admissions because the response came just after the midnight deadline and via email...
