Massachusetts Defends Authority To Cap Electric Emissions

Law360 (April 16, 2018, 9:34 PM EDT) -- Massachusetts energy regulators told the state’s top court in a filing provided to Law360 on Monday that they have express authority to implement greenhouse gas caps on electricity generators, rebuking a lawsuit from power companies challenging rules set to take effect this year.
