Kendall Jenner Threatened With TM Suit Over 'Pizza Boys'

Law360 (April 16, 2018, 4:27 PM EDT) -- A group of Los Angeles artists called Pizza Boyzzz sent a cease and desist letter Monday over Kendall Jenner's newly launched streaming music show "Pizza Boys," threatening to sue for trademark infringement if the name isn't changed.

The group, which has complained about Jenner's use of the name for years, says the reality TV star's recent use of it has led "an extraordinary number of consumers" to "suddenly come to express confusion."
