Fla. Judge Tosses Music Fest's 'Baseless' Suit Against Rival

Law360 (February 15, 2019, 6:45 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge called Rapture Electronic Music Festival's antitrust claims against rival Ultra Enterprises Inc. "baseless" and dismissed its suit accusing Ultra and the city of Miami of conspiring to push Rapture out of a venue.

Just a few weeks after dismissing Rapture's initial complaint, U.S. District Judge Ursula Ungaro again tossed the festival's suit after its amended complaint "comes no closer to stating a claim than the first did."
