Doctors' Negligence Left Patient Paralyzed, Suit Says

Law360, New York (November 9, 2017, 8:47 PM EST) -- A patient filed a medical malpractice suit Wednesday in Ohio Claims Court against Ohio State University Medical Center, alleging that his doctors failed to act quickly in treating the buildup of fluid in his spine, rendering him paralyzed.

Jason Linehan accuses OSUMC doctors of neglecting to take standard measures to diagnose and treat a suspected spinal epidural abscess until he had lost motor function in his legs and could not be cured. He is requesting damages of $25,000 plus interest and costs.
