Miss. Hospital Sued Over Death Of Newborn On Christmas

Law360, Los Angeles (December 5, 2017, 8:41 PM EST) -- The parents of a baby who died shortly after birth on Christmas Day sued a Mississippi hospital and doctor in federal court Monday, claiming the baby's death was partly caused by the doctor’s refusal to schedule an induced delivery for Christmas Eve.
