Trump's win in Tuesday's presidential election, experts said media and telecommunications companies could soon find themselves pursued by antitrust enforcers as his vitriol toward the industries has indicated a willingness to take them on during his administration.
Although Trump has released no policy positions on antitrust, comments from the campaign trail and events from the president-elect's past could offer a gauge of how the Trump administration might conduct reviews of mergers and of the litigation positions it will take in antitrust cases, observers said.
