Global M&A Set To Rise In '17, US Avoids Post-Election Slump

Intralinks Holdings Inc., a provider of cloud-based document sharing for M&A due diligence, released its quarterly deal flow predictor on Friday and the report, which relies on the company's early-stage merger activity data to predict future deals, was optimistic about the first half of 2017.
