Deals Rumor Mill: UAE Exchange, Naspers, Julius Baer

According to the report, which cited an interview with UAE Exchange's top executive, the company is looking into both bolt-on acquisition opportunities and strategic investments in the remittances and payments space, with an emphasis on financial technology and digital. The company hopes to complete two or three deals this year, the report said....
