Gov't, Tribal Groups Fight Oil Lease Renewals At DC Circ.

Circuit Thursday to reverse a lower court's decision to reinstate a canceled oil and gas lease on Montana land sacred to the Blackfeet Tribe, arguing that drilling will be damaging to the area.
