Law360, New York (January 10, 2017, 2:29 PM EST) -- A South Dakota federal judge on Monday granted the United States’ bid for a quick win in litigation contending that Rosebud Indian Health Services provided negligent medical care to a 24-year-old man, leading to his death, holding that his parents haven’t provided any expert opinions to support their claims.
