Trump Shrinks Utah National Monuments By Millions Of Acres

Law360, New York (December 4, 2017, 5:21 PM EST) -- President Donald Trump on Monday cut millions of acres from Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante national monuments, claiming he was rectifying “abuses of the Antiquities Act” by prior administrations and prompting a lawsuit by environmental groups who said the president overstepped his authority.
