Senate Indian Affairs Panel OKs Victim Assistance Bill

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 3:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Senate Indian Affairs Committee has passed through a bipartisan bill that the committee’s chairman, who proposed the legislation, said on Wednesday would go toward strengthening resources for Native American victims of crimes.
