DiVincenzo Jr. has paid a roughly $20,000 penalty to resolve alleged campaign finance violations cited by the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission, nearly three months after a state appellate court revived the agency's complaint against him and his campaign treasurer, according to documents made available Wednesday.
