Ex-Morgan & Finnegan Attys Fight Trustee’s Fee Claims

Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 3:52 PM EST) -- A group of former Morgan & Finnegan LLP partners sought Monday to nix an adversary complaint alleging they owe the defunct intellectual property boutique profits garnered from casework they took with them when they jumped ship to Locke Lord LLP.
