Kodak's Bid To Pay Critical Vendors Shelved

Law360, New York (January 25, 2012, 9:05 PM EST) -- Eastman Kodak Co.'s move to pay its most critical vendors was postponed Wednesday, less than a week after a New York bankruptcy judge expressed his skepticism about how truly "critical" such vendors really ever are in Chapter 11 cases.
