AIG Women Groped, Licked By Peeping Men, Suit Says

By Vin Gurrieri (January 24, 2017, 5:12 PM EST) -- A male-dominated American International Group Inc. division was a frat-like "boys club" where women were groped and licked and men crawled under desks to look up female colleagues' skirts, a former female employee alleged in New York court Tuesday.

In her sexual harassment and gender bias complaint, Marlee Valenti alleges she endured the harassing conduct after she was transferred to a division where more than 90 percent of its approximately 60 workers were men. Valenti also says she was unlawfully fired after being shut down in her attempt to get AIG to investigate the harassing behavior.
