Law360, New York (January 30, 2017, 3:46 PM EST) -- New York state utility regulators told a federal judge Friday that power providers and energy groups challenging the state's plan to subsidize three struggling nuclear power plants as part of its clean-energy program haven't shown any evidence that the plan is federally preempted.
