Pa. Nixes Last Appeal Over PUC's Authority To Regulate Uber

Law360, Philadelphia (April 22, 2016, 5:38 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania appeals court on Friday put to rest the last in a foursome of cases challenging whether an Uber Technologies Inc. subsidiary’s lack of a physical fleet robbed the Public Utility Commission of authority to license the ride-hailing company.
