Pa. Gov. To Sign Bill Legalizing Uber, Lyft Statewide

Law360, New York (October 25, 2016, 4:30 PM EDT) -- Uber and Lyft were given reason to cheer Monday, as Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf said he would be signing a bill passed by the state Senate earlier in the day that will authorize ride-sharing companies to operate statewide, including in Philadelphia, where they are currently banned.
