Pa. GOP Senators Can't Enter Del. River Fracking Suit

Law360, New York (January 5, 2017, 7:48 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Thursday denied a request from three Republican Pennsylvania state senators to intervene in a lawsuit brought by a landowner challenging the Delaware River Basin Commission's fracking moratorium, ruling that they lacked sufficient interest in the outcome of the case.
