Saldutti Law, Customers Bank Accused Of Sham RICO Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (January 10, 2017, 6:02 PM EST) -- Customers Bank and Saldutti Law Group were slapped with a $100 million lawsuit in Pennsylvania state court on Monday alleging that they concocted sham racketeering claims against a developer after discovering the bank had accepted phony collateral in exchange for a $9 million loan.
