Pa. Justices Won't Revive Ex-Commissioner's Libel Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (January 10, 2017, 5:21 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania's highest court said Tuesday it would not hear an appeal of a decision clearing a Clinton County newspaper of libel claims over allegedly defamatory characterizations of theft charges on which a former county commissioner was eventually acquitted.
