11th Circ. Forces Arbitration In SunTrust Overdraft Action

Law360, New York (March 1, 2012, 7:15 PM EST) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Thursday ordered members of a putative class action alleging SunTrust Banks Inc. hit them with exorbitant overdraft fees must take their case to arbitration, overturning a lower court ruling in the broader multidistrict litigation over overdraft fees.
