Ex-Worker Accuses Sanyo Of Wage, Privacy Violations

Law360, New York (March 9, 2012, 10:33 PM EST) -- An ex-employee of Panasonic Corp. subsidiary Sanyo North America Corp. filed a Private Attorneys General Act suit in California court Friday, alleging his former employers unfairly denied him and other “aggrieved employees” wages owed and invaded their privacy by improperly accessing their employee records.

Plaintiff Richard McHenry claims Sanyo did not pay him and other employees all wages owed after a round of layoffs in April 2010.
