Cybersecurity Pros Call For Federal Breach Notification Law

Law360, New York (July 18, 2013, 4:38 PM EDT) -- A panel of cybersecurity experts warned the House Energy and Commerce Committee on Thursday of the pressing need for comprehensive federal legislation regulating data breach notification to replace the patchwork system of state laws currently in place.
