FCC Warns Consumers Of Financial Service Scams

Law360, New York (January 11, 2017, 12:42 PM EST) -- The Federal Communications Commission on Tuesday alerted consumers to callers who falsely offer lower credit card payments and other purported attempts to help with refinancing opportunities, noting that such scams are more prevalent during and after the holiday season.
