Deals Rumor Mill: Verint, Vitol, Carlyle

Citing an anonymous source, the outlet reported that the deal could come with a $1 billion price tag. According to the report, Verint offered to pay Francisco Partners with its own stock and debt in the deal. The private equity firm is currently NSO's controlling shareholder, the report said....
