Deals Rumor Mill: Uber, Bayer, QIA

Citing anonymous sources, the outlet reported that a deal has the potential to value Uber's Dubai, United Arab Emirates-based rival at between $2 billion and $2.5 billion. The report comes after the outlet reported in July that the pair held preliminary deal talks about combining their Middle Eastern businesses. Additionally, sources told the outlet in May that Careem was eyeing a potential public offering. According to Monday's report, Careem's executives are working to sway its shareholders about the deal....
