Law360 (September 24, 2020, 10:25 PM EDT) -- Blackstone Energy Partners said Thursday it closed the sale of its 42% stake in a Cheniere Energy Inc. subsidiary to Brookfield Infrastructure and funds managed by Blackstone Infrastructure Partners in a $7 billion deal guided by Latham & Watkins LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
