Law360 (October 16, 2020, 5:39 PM EDT) -- U.S. cloud networking company GTT said Friday it's selling its infrastructure division, which includes its trans-Atlantic fiber network and data center services, to private equity firm I Squared Capital for $2.15 billion in a deal guided by Goodwin Procter LLP, Linklaters LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP.
