New Evidence Revives Widow's Asbestos Suit, NJ Court Says

Law360 (February 26, 2018, 4:13 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Appellate Division on Monday revived a widow’s suit alleging her husband contracted fatal mesothelioma from his exposure to a fertilizer that contained asbestos, citing new evidence.
