Ben & Jerry’s Sources From Not-So-Happy Cows, Suit Says

Law360 (July 11, 2018, 10:34 PM EDT) -- The Organic Consumers Association, a national nonprofit consumer advocacy group, has sued Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Inc. and its parent company Unilever in Washington, D.C., court, alleging they market some ice creams sourced from inhumane factory farms as being produced by “happy cows” raised in “caring dairies.”
