9th Circ. Forces EPA Action On Risky Pesticide

Law360 (August 9, 2018, 5:31 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit said Thursday the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency must ban a pesticide linked to developmental harm in children, slamming the agency for allegedly dragging its feet on a product that its own analysis found has an exposure risk that does not meet the relevant safety standard.
