Class Cert. Rulings A Boon To Expert Witness Industry

Law360, New York (October 4, 2010, 2:47 PM EDT) -- As federal courts move toward higher standards for class certification, attorneys on both sides of the bar say they have become more likely to use sophisticated expert witnesses to demonstrate — or debunk — the merits of granting class status.
