Hollingsworth Snags Former Gardere Litigation Chief

Law360, New York (June 28, 2013, 2:36 PM EDT) -- The former chairman of Texas-based Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP's litigation department is joining Hollingsworth LLP, where the seasoned trial and appellate attorney's portfolio will include toxic tort and environmental litigation, the firm said Friday.

Richard O. Faulk will join Hollingsworth on Monday as a partner, and his move from Houston to Washington, D.C.-based Hollingsworth signals a significant transition in his career, as Faulk recently was appointed as the senior director of the Initiative for Energy, Natural Resources and the Environment at the Law and Economics Center at George Mason University School of Law, which is located in the D.C. metro area. ...
