Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 3:26 PM EST) -- As of Aug. 31, 2013, the DePuy Pinnacle metal liner is no longer installed in patients, and earlier in the year the manufacturer announced it would discontinue its metal-on-metal components within the Pinnacle Cup system.
