Monsanto Tells 9th Circ. GMO Law Backers Lack Standing

Law360, New York (November 17, 2015, 11:00 PM EST) -- Monsanto again urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to dismiss a bid by a citizens coalition trying to revive a Maui County, Hawaii, law restricting genetically modified crops for lack of standing, saying they have no legal stake in defending the law.
