DOJ Hits VW With Clean Air Act Suit Over Emissions Cheating

Law360, New York (January 4, 2016, 1:13 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Monday sued Volkswagen for allegedly equipping hundreds of thousands of its vehicles with special electronic equipment designed to evade emissions testing.
