‘Natural’ Sex Drugs Hide Harmful Ingredients, Suit Says

Law360, New York (May 18, 2017, 1:55 PM EDT) -- An adult toy store owner has mislabeled sexual enhancement treatments as “dietary supplements” that don’t require a prescription even though they unlawfully contain hidden ingredients, according to a complaint filed in California federal court by a competing supplements maker.

JST Distribution LLC, which sells an all-natural male sexual enhancement pill called Powerful Desire, said Tuesday that Adult World Inc. falsely advertised certain products as all-natural alternatives to prescription drugs like Viagra, hurting sales of “legitimate sexual performance enhancement products” like Powerful Desire.
