Phony 5-Hour Energy Middleman Angles For No Jail

Law360, New York (May 18, 2017, 7:37 PM EDT) -- A Southern California man who admitted to being a go-between in a scheme to counterfeit millions of bottles of 5-Hour Energy urged a federal judge to give him a no-jail sentence Wednesday, saying he was unaware his actions were illegal until midway through.
