Fed. Immigration Enforcement Is 'Indiscriminate,' Attys Say

Law360 (March 15, 2018, 9:44 PM EDT) -- The American Immigration Lawyers Association released a report on Wednesday detailing the Trump administration’s mission to expand its immigration enforcement powers and quash the exercise of prosecutorial discretion in immigration cases.

The report finds that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Customs and Border Protection are not prioritizing those with criminal convictions or those who pose a threat to public safety for removal, contrary to their claims.
