Firefighters Union Says Fla. Gov. Didn't Bargain In Good Faith

Law360, Miami (September 24, 2013, 10:26 PM EDT) -- A firefighters union on Monday asked a Florida appeals court to reverse a ruling that dismissed an unfair labor practice against Gov. Rick Scott, who the union says failed to propose a 3 percent pension plan contribution to the union before pushing it through the Legislature.
